Felt the same, they did advertise this about 10 years ago as well.. Still very nice to see that there's plans to release it, gives me a tiny bit of hope but I won't lose sleep if it doesn't actually get released

So this is what im a little confused about on everything. It seems to me (and they’ve also said themselves, or at least somewhat Bizzy) that they are waiting for the statute of limitations to run out so they can own/profit from thier masters or whatever. My first question is does it have to be 25 years or 30? And is it 25/30 years for each project…or does everything fall under the one contract? In other words just for example if they were to re-release COACU in 2024 (30 year anniversary) would they have to wait until 2027 to re-release Art Of War? Or does everything fall under the year the contracts were signed? Cuz if Heavenz Movie is scheduled for 2023, that would make it 25 years. Kray has also spoke about re-releasing TM99 as well. And then Bizzy has also spoke about Bone linking back up in 2024 and hopefully selling thier masters (which would be 30 years for the group seeing as COACU dropped in 1994. So another question is if you only have to wait 25 years, what the hell has taken them so long to do something with COACU, Eternal, Art Of War?

Also if Kockwork is scheduling thier re-releasing of Heavenz Movie for 2023, then why is Bizzy taking pre orders on his website now for his re-release? And what would be the difference of the 2? (Not really expecting anyone to know…just asking rhetorically) I would assume they must be at least somewhat aware that the other is gonna do something with the project? And if Bizzy owns his masters at that time, how could klockwork release it? And why would Bizzy allow it?

Bizzy owns his masters but when it comes to releasing music he still has to get samples cleared, pay features, pay producers,etc otherwise he can be sued.

Same reason he cant just sell that old song produced by Norquist. Word is Norquist is asking for like 10k.

This is why a lot of music might stay unreleased. Samples don't get cleared or producer's charging a lot for the beat
