Very good question my friend! I wonder why as well, John TheGOAT did leak a bunch of prereleases and cuts from New Waves on Facebook before BTNHBoard was back up which took me back for a minute, but since then we haven't got any leaks except for some snippets when BTNHBoard returned.

One reason is probably that people are more conscious about it like you said but I still don't know how the people that leaked stuff managed to get their hands on so much unreleased material back in the days! All I know is that I truly miss it as well man. Nowadays Krayzie Bone is the biggest leaker on Periscope lol! I know 1 or 2 people who are sitting on unleaked stuff, but only ones who won't share it unless they get paid a LOT and also feel certain that whoever they sell it to don't leak it.. Sucks for us fans, ofc the best thing would be if Bone themselves could release unreleased cuts and get paid for it but that doesn't happen often unfortunately. Shoutout to Layzie for Lost Archives and for putting unreleased songs like Catch a Break and Killer Instinct on recent projects, but we want more I really really hope that unreleased Johnny J (RIP) & Bizzy project gets released but JJ's wife have been teasing it for years though so I can't get my hopes up
