A couple to conside here, unfortunately. Personally I don't count albums that they weren't behind or pushing to some degree. Therefore my list excludes a lot of horrible, recycled compilation albums that over time just becomes worse and worse.
I have a personal top 5 worst projects. These are in no particular order.
1. Thugs Revenge - The production on this album is absolutely horrible. I mean, literally ever single beat is in the same tempo and key. If you play some of these songs back to back it just sounds like a switch up of the beat, not a different song. Bizzy sounds like hes just laying vocals without any retakes and coming up with hooks on the spot. I have heard some of Mr Criminals recent production, and it has improved alot, but this album should have remained in the vault.
2. Back With The Thugz 1 & 2 - The production on these albums is just horrible. The mixing, mastering etc.. Everything is bad, especially Bizzy's vocals. Probably his worst, most laziest effort(s) to date imo.
3. Blaze of Glory - This album even had some gems like Heartaches and Fallin' (both Uni5 cuts that were not recorded for the album). Unique to this album is that most of the songs that aren't Uni5 cuts were produced by Flesh himself, probably with the exception of 'How I Roll Up'. Flesh is noticably NOT a beatmaker. Most of the beats sound like they were made using GarageBand with stock sounds. I remember being amazed in 2011 that they actually released this. Also, this being his first release after being out of prison it was just extremely disappointing. I suppose expectations were too high? I always thought Flesh had great lyrics/vocals in general, but on this it gets overshadowed by the bad production, messy mixing and the features. Thankfully, his solo albums have improved a lot in recent years.
4. Uni5 - More than anything, this has to do with what it could/should have been, and what was expected. There were great songs recorded for this album that didn't make the final cut. Songs like 'Determination' and 'Murda on U' were dope songs that could have made it a decent come back. Adding to the cut songs, the Think Tanks and the constant pushbacks made me dislike the album even before it came out. ....Still waiting for Speed of Sound...
5. Thug Pound (Bizzy and Bad Azz) - I have no words to describe this album. Yes, it's an actual studio album.
