Right, so if i'm not mistaken, having the actual files (or in this case reels) does not mean you automatically have the rights to release it. The issue that has and is preventing anyone from releasing anything from that era is that nobody has complete ownership. In order to release just a song from this era it would require rights being transferred to one person/company. We know Bizzy owns some rights tied to the album, because he is selling Heaven'z Movie merch on his website now. 

Also, Bizzy did indeed post a picture of a shit ton of (what looked like) unreleased recordings from the 90's. From the reels I could make out some Bizzy, some Capo and so on. However, I would assume anything unreleased from that album that was produced by Johnny J would need to be cleared with Klockwork, which is ran by J's wife. I would also think Bizzy's vocals are atleast partially owned by Bizzy himself now (seeing he is collecting all of his masters). Initially these vocals would be the property of Ruthless Records, or whoever got the rights after Relativity became Loud Records. This part is still confusing to me. 

I am pretty sure we will not be seeing a Bizzy Bone album released under Bizzy's nose by Klockwork, and if we look at how he's moving now he will not allow anything to be released unless it's released through his platform. In other words: It's most likely a clusterfuck of rights shared by Bizzy, different producers, different songwriters and others. Some of these producers/artits are also deceased, which means wifes, children etc might have gotten some of the rights which makes it even more complicated. 

The simple version: Since the songs were not released on Heaven'z Movie, the songwriters and the producers who were involved never cleared the tracks they did with Bizzy, which means they still own everything with the exception of B's vocals. 

i did message klock work regarding release date, got this response:

"No Bizzy doesn't want it out but we won't wait too much longer"


so this mean they will release without hes approval
