Wow that was terrible..... Bizzy on “Gon’Do” (aka All On You) and “In The Way” is the Bizzy I think most want to hear. If Bizzy brings that style I think he can make some noise, especially if he and Bone get together on some new music. But this solo migos diss stuff he and Layzie did is painfully bad. I hope this diss run is almost over... Sorry but I disagree. He came hard with some solid metaphors that will go over most people’s heads. Style wise, this is my least favorite of his delivery, but lyrically this was great. Respect your and everyone’s opinion. There’s nothing wrong with using Metaphors but when someone with Bizzy’s talent decides to use that style, it’s just so FAR BELOW the bar that Bone set for delivery. Anyone in the game can spit that way - it’s pretty much spoken word. The metaphors he uses in this track are not too crazy and probably not over anyone’s head who knows Bone (definitely not on the level he was using for death of auto-tune...that was way out there) But since the writing is only half of the work, Bizzy could’ve had a little of that spoken word style mixed into what he’s known for: that flip flop flow n harmony. If he blended all that (like we know he can) it would have definitely attracted more attention- which I think is pretty crucial when putting out a diss track to show new listeners why Bone is Bone and while reminding people what made Bone so unique. And damn, that 2 MINUTE 80’s text crawling intro with that voice.... cmon now - Starting any track with that just isn’t a good look in this era of indie videos. |
