On this day March 20’s (2001) it was such a great day for Bone fans, at least myself. We got 2 major solos released on one day. Layzie’s debut Thug By Nature and Bizzy’s sophmore album The Gift. It was such a great time to be a Bone fan back then...not only these to albums but we had plenty of good features and soundtrack appearences going on, group albums to look forward too, Krayzie’s Thug On Da Line was just months later, Mo Thug albums (altho not as good as the first 2)...TV appearences and decent music videos. The Bone boards were on fire...Thugline was just starting to surface a little and we were getting alot of underground music with Krayzie! Any time March 20th comes for some reason I always remember getting the 2 albums...I just thought it was so dope and I cop’d both the same day. If you told me back then that in 2020 this is where Bone would be at I wouldn’t have believed it. I wouldnt expect them to be going as hard as they were back then but the last 10 years have been....well...you know.
